Maintaining Witness Connections
From the Witnesses tab of a case record, you can maintain witnesses.
Complete the following fields to maintain witness connections:
1. Find a case and access the Add Witness Connection dialog box:
Option Description
From the case Victim tab
a. Access the Victims tab.
b. Right-click a victim in the Victim Information section and select Add Victim.
From the case Witnesses tab
a. Access the Witnesses tab.
b. Click Image in the Witness Information section, OR right-click a witness and select Add Witness.
2. Complete the witness connection fields.
3. Click Continue or Add Next to add another witness connection.
