Victim contact information is maintained from the victim record. The victim record can be accessed from the Victims tab of a case record.
To maintain victim contact information:

Access a case record. Select the Victims tab. |

Access the Contact tab of a victim record using one of the following methods:

Contact Link |
Click the Contact link in the Victim Information section, select a victim, then click Continue.

Victim Record |
Select a victim and access the Contacts tab on the Edit Victim dialog box.

Right-click Option |
Right-click on a victim in the Victim Information section, and then select Add Contact.

Click to add a contact, or select an existing contact from the Contacts tab. |

Complete the contact fields. |
