Maintaining Victim Contact Information
Victim contact information is maintained from the victim record. The victim record can be accessed from the Victims tab of a case record.
To maintain victim contact information:
1. Access a case record. Select the Victims tab.
2. Access the Contact tab of a victim record using one of the following methods:
Option Description
Contact Link Click the Contact link in the Victim Information section, select a victim, then click Continue.
Victim Record Select a victim and access the Contacts tab on the Edit Victim dialog box.
Right-click Option Right-click on a victim in the Victim Information section, and then select Add Contact.
3. Click Image to add a contact, or select an existing contact from the Contacts tab.
4. Complete the contact fields.
5. Click Continue.
6. Click Save.
