Maintaining Protected Parties
Protected parties can be added to protection orders on the Detail tab of the protection order record. Depending on your protection order type configuration, the Additional tab may not be displayed when maintaining protection order parties.
To maintain protected parties:
1. Find an existing protection order or add a protection order, and access the Detail tab.
2. Click Image in the Petitioner, Filing Party, or Protected Parties sections to search for a party, or click Image to select a case party to add as a protected party.
3. Complete the fields on the Party tab of the Protected Party dialog box.
4. Complete the fields on the Additional tab of the Protected Party dialog box.
5. Click Save.
Protected parties are displayed in the Protected Party section of the Detail tab of the protection order. To access existing an existing party's Additional tab, click the party row. To access an existing party's party record, click the party name hyperlink.
