Maintaining Investigation Reports
Investigation reports are maintained on the
Investigation Reports
tab of a case record.
To add or modify an investigation report:
1.
Find a case and access the
Investigation Reports
tab.
2.
Select an existing report in the reports section, or click
to add a report.
3.
Complete the fields on the
Detail
tab and the
Narrative
tab.
4.
Click
Continue
.
