Maintaining Flexible Calendars
Flexible calendars are templates set up using the forms functionality in Odyssey. These are used in place of the standard calendar formats already available in the system.
To maintain flexible calendars:
1. Select Court Administration from the navigation menu, and then click Add/Edit Calendars in the Flexible Calendars group.
2. Click Image to add a flexible calendar, or click Image for an existing one to modify it.
3. If you are adding a calendar, complete the document fields displayed.
4. Make changes to the document as necessary.
There are several different kind of sections that can be defined in a calendar template. In general, a calendar needs to include a header and footer for each page. Plus, you need to set how to display a hearing for each kind of case category since data is different for each. There are also optional definitions for grouping canceled or rescheduled hearings.
In the calendar template, each section definition must be wrapped in a single cell table for the calendar to perform at its best. That outer table can then be set to not break across pages.
