To add or modify a case status:

Find a case, and access the Detail or Disposition tab. |

Click to add a case status, or select an existing case status to modify. |
|
3. |
Complete the case status fields. |

4. |
Click Continue (ALT+C). |
The case status displays on the Detail and Disposition tabs. If you updated an existing case status, the previous status is moved to the history.
