Maintaining Case Status
Indicate the current case status using the
Case Status
dialog box.
To add or modify a case status:
1.
Find a case, and access the
Detail
or
Disposition
tab.
2.
Click
to add a case status, or select an existing case status to modify.
3.
Complete the case status fields.
4.
Click
Continue
(ALT+C).
The case status displays on the
Detail
and
Disposition
tabs. If you updated an existing case status, the previous status is moved to the history.
