The Maintain Mass Party Merge Candidate List page provides a list of all candidate pairs available for party merge.

The Maintain Mass Party Merge Candidate List page provides a list of all candidate pairs available for party merge. The candidate parties are listed together. The total number of candidate pairs is displayed in the top left corner of the page before the candidate table. The following functions are available on this page:

Click the party link to view a party record.

Click the candidate pair row to view a side-by-side comparison.

is displayed if an active supervision record exists for the party.

to mark a candidate pair for merge. When the

, the candidate pair can be merged.

Page Options

Option	Description
Previous / Next	When multiple pages of candidates exist for the list, use these links to navigate through the pages.
Parameter	Click this link to complete the parameters used to determine the parties with potential for a party merge that are displayed.
Filter	Click this link to filter the candidate list by a specific party.
Clear Filter	If the Mass Party Merge Candidate List has been filtered, click this link to remove the filter and view all candidate pairs.
Process	Select this check box to process all candidate pairs marked for merge.
Delete	Click this link to delete all candidate pairs from the list. If this link is selected, a warning dialog box is displayed before the deletion process is initiated.
	Click to generate the proofing report on the server.
Show	From the drop-down list, select the number of candidate pairs you want to be displayed on each page of the list.

Right-click Options

Right-click Option	Description
Delete Pair	Select this option to delete the selected pair from the candidate list. There is NOT an "undelete" function available.
Set Target Party	By default, the target party is listed first in each candidate pair. Select this option to change the current target party to the source party and vice versa. Once selected, the candidate pair is refreshed to list the new target party.
Suppress Unmerge History	Select this option to suppress the unmerge history for the party pair. Once this option is selected, is displayed next to the candidate pair indicating that the unmerge history will not be retained.
