MN Treatment – Juvenile Sentence Component Fields
The MN Treatment – Juvenile sentence component lets you add details such as location, term, and status of an adult treatment
sentence. Complete the following fields.

| Type |
From the drop-down list, select the type of treatment ordered.

| Location |
From the drop-down list, select the location where the treatment is held.
|
| Inpatient |
Select this check box if the treatment ordered is an inpatient treatment.
|
| Outpatient |
Select tis check box if the treatment ordered is an outpatient treatment.
|
| Term |
Type the amount of time ordered for the sentence in the amount of hours or sessions are required in a given amount of time.
Then, select theFor option to add a set amount of time when the treatment should occur, or selectIndeterminate if the treatment should go on indefinitely.

Select theFine $ check box if the treatment is in lieu of a fine. Then, type the fine amount in the free-text field. Or, selectCorrectional Facility Placement if the treatment is in lieu of a correctional facility placement sentence..

to select the date on which the treatment should be completed.

Select the option that describes the status of the treatment sentence: Active, Satisfied, or Closed.
