| Type |
From the drop-down list, select the diversion type.

| Term |
Select the option for the service term type: a specified amount of hours to be completed per month or year within a set amount
of time, a certain amount of time per month or years over the course of a set time, or an undetermined time.

| In Lieu Of |
Select the check box that corresponds to the service sentence. Select theFine $ check box if the service program is in lieu of a fine. Then, type the fine amount in the free-text field.
Select the Confinement check box if the service is in lieu of confinement. Then complete the Years, Months, andDays fields.

 to select the date on which the diversion program should begin.

to select the date on which the diversion should be completed.

Select the status of the diversion program: Active, Satisfied, or Closed.
