case.

| Start | Enter the date when the reimbursement begins. |
| Type | From the drop-down list, select the type of reimbursement ordered. |
| Obligor / Payor | Click  to select the party on the case ordered to pay reimbursement fees.

| Amount | Type the amount ordered on the reimbursement judgment. |
| Date | Enter the date when the reimbursement is due. |
