placement.

| Type |
From the drop-down list, select the type of facility where the juvenile is sentenced.

Type the location of the facility.

| Term |
Type the length of the placement in the Years, Months, andDays fields.

| Duration |
This section lets you add durations of monitoring and the start and end dates and times. Complete the following fields: Start Date, End Date, Start Time, and End Time.

| When Bed Available |
Select this check box to indicate the duration should begin when a bed is available at the facility.

Select the status of the diversion program: Active or Closed.
