Select the option for the term: specified amount of hours to be completed per month or year within a set amount of time, a
certain amount of time per month or years over the course of a set time, or an undetermined time.

Select the check box that corresponds to the diversion programs needs. Select theFine $ check box if the diversion program is in lieu of a fine. Then, type the fine amount in the free-text field. Select the Correctional Facility Placement check box if the diversion program is in lieu of placement at a correctional facility.
