Click
 to select the date on which the sentence is effective. Then type the time the sentence is effective in the at field.

| Agency |
From the drop-down list, select the agency where the confinement takes place.

| Minimum |
Type the minimum confinement sentence in years, months, and days.

| Maximum |
Select the maximum length for the sentence: Life, Natural Life, Not Applicable, or a customized time. If you want to customize the maximum sentence, complete the Years, Months, andDays fields.

| Credit for Time Served |
Select this check box if there is a deduction for time served. Type the years, months, and days to apply toward the sentence.
