Left Panel – Job History View
The Job History view on the Jobs tab on the Left Panel displays all of your jobs.
Job History Options
Several options are available on the Job History view.
| Option | Description |

| View | Use this drop-down list to navigate between the Job Queue view and the Job History view. |
| Advanced | Click this option to display the Job History for all users in the Main Work Area. |
| Search job history... | Use this free-text field to search for a specific job from the history.
Type the name of the job queue you are searching for, and then click
 .

| Filters | Use this option to filter the list of items in the Job History view based on certain criteria.
This option is only available on the Job History view.

| Refresh | Click this button to refresh the Job History view to ensure that you are viewing the most current list. |
| Load nn more jobs | If many items are in the list, click this option to load additional items in the list. |
Job History List
The list of jobs in the Job History view displays all of your jobs. The following information is displayed for the jobs:
| • | Job status |
| • | Job priority |
| • | Job duration |
| • | Job name |
| • | Job ID number |
| • | Date and time the job was started and completed |
If you need to know more about a specific job, select the job from the list to display the Job History Detail view.
