The Modify a Label Extract dialog box allows you to select the fields used in the label extract code.
Select a field from the Available Fields list and click Add (ALT+A) to add the field to the format. The field is displayed in the Show these fields in this order box.
Select a field from the Show these fields in this order box and click Remove (ALT+M) to remove the field from the format.
Use the Move Left (ALT+L) or Move Right (ALT+R) to rearrange the order of the fields.
Click Continue (ALT+C) to save the changes, or click Exit (ALT+X) discard your changes.
