Complete the following fields to generate the justice of the peace monthly report.

Field Name	Field Description
Locations	Click to select the locations that contain the data for the activity.
Reporting Period	From the Month drop-down list, select the month for which this report is generated. From the Year drop-down list, select the year for which this report is generated.
Warnings Administration	Type the number of warnings administered in the reporting period.
Statements Certified	Type the number of statements certified in the reporting period.
Detention Hearings Held	Type the number of detention hearings held in the reporting period.
Peace Bond Hearings Held	Type the number of peace bond hearings held in the reporting period.
Search Warrants Issued	Type the number of search warrants issued in the reporting period.
Magistrate Warnings Given	Type the number of magistrate warnings given in the reporting period.
Use Jail Manager Warnings	Select his check box to display magistrate warnings given in Jail Manager for the reporting period.
Magistrate	Click to select the judicial officers whose magistrate warnings you want to be included in this report.
Emergency Protection Orders	Type the number of emergency protection orders issued during the reporting period.
Report Options	Use this field if you want the report to contain only a summary, only detail, or both.
Include Cover Page	Select this check box to include a cover page for this report.
Official's Name	Type the official's name.
Place	Type the place.
Court Clerk	Type the name of the court clerk.
Prepared By	Type the name of the individual preparing this report.
