Judicial Assignment Activity Report Fields
Complete the following fields to generate the judicial assignment activity report.
Case Assignment Report Fields
Field Name Field Description
Locations Click Image to select the locations that contain the data for the activity.
Report Type Indicate if you want to run the report for a date range or reporting period.
Date Range These fields are available if you select Date Range in the Report Type field. Enter dates in the Start Date and End Date fields to specify a date range for the activity.
If the date the judicial officer is recorded on the case assignment history falls within the date range selected, the case is included in the report.
Reporting Period These fields are available if you select Reporting Period in the Report Type field. Select a month for the reporting period, and then choose a year in the following field.
Case Categories Type the case category codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Judge Assignment Configuration Type the judge assignment configuration codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Judicial Officers Type the judicial officer codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Hearing Master Assignment Configuration Type the hearing master assignment configuration codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Hearing Master Type the hearing master codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Report Options Select the Show Detail check box to include a detailed list of the cases included in the report.
Select the Save as CSV option to generate a CSV file of the report.
If both of these check boxes are selected, two CSV files are generated.
