Contact | If a contact is entered for the selected bank, the contact's name is displayed. If the contact has an associated e-mail address,

Phone | If a phone number has been entered as part of the bank record, the phone number for the selected bank is displayed. If the phone number should be changed, click the bank name to access the bank record and update the information. |
Type | A default investment type displays based on the selected bank. This type can be changed if needed. Type the appropriate investment type code. Click the arrow to view a list of codes, or press F4 to find a code. |
Term | When an investment type is selected, the terms of that type are automatically displayed. |
Invested | Enter the date when the investment was created. |
Maturity | A maturity date may only be entered when the investment type is set up to track renewal information.
Enter the date when the investment is expected to mature.

Expected Final Disbursement | The expected date of the final disbursement is displayed and cannot be changed. |
Automatic Renewal / Manual Renewal | These options are only available if the investment type is set up to track renewal information.
Click Automatic Renewal if the investment is renewed automatically when it reaches the maturity date. If the investment must be manually renewed,
click Manual Renewal.
Selecting the automatic or manual renewal option does not affect the actual investment at the bank. It is simply a visual
reminder how this investment is renewed.

Interest Rate | Type the interest rate for the investment. A default interest rate is displayed based on the selected bank, but this can be changed if needed. You can include up to three decimal places when entering the interest rate. |
Compound | Indicate how often the interest will be compounded (e.g., monthly, yearly). Type the appropriate compound code. Click the arrow to view a list of codes, or press F4 to find a code. |
Account # | Type the number assigned to the investment account by the bank. |
Comment | Type notes or comments related to the record. Click ![]() ![]() |
