Integration Manager
The Integration Manager page allows you to view and manage the interfaces that are working alongside Odyssey. The Integration Manager function allows you to take action on integration messages in order to resolve business and technical problems.
Once your requested transactions are displayed on the Integration Manager page, the three sections are available.
Parameters
The Parameters section displays the query parameters used for the transactions listed in the Transaction Details section.
The following information and options are available in this section.
Option Description
Image / Image Use these icons to expand or collapse the Parameters section to allow more space on the page for the query results.
Integration Type This field is automatically populated with the integration type used to query the results displayed.
Message Type This field is automatically populated with the message type used to query the results displayed.
View Type This field is automatically populated with the view type used to query the results displayed, such as "Pending Action" or "Quarantined."
Sort From the drop-down list, select the order in which you want the transactions to be displayed.
Messages Per Page From the drop-down list, select the number of results you want to be displayed per page.
Refresh Rate From the drop-down list, select how often you want the page to refresh to display new transactions that may fall within the query parameters.
Edit Parameters Click this link to make changes to the query parameters.
Transaction Summary
The fields in the Transaction Summary section are dependent on the status of the messages queried. The fields that are displayed are related to the status of the messages that have been retrieved in the query. Click Image or Image to expand or collapse the view of the fields displayed in this section.
Transaction Detail
The Transaction Detail section displays all of the transactions that match the query parameters. The table in this section includes the following information for each transaction: action, batch, control point, date and time, process ID, message ID, source, reference number, and status. These table columns may vary depending on the status of the message.
The following options are also available in this section.
Option Description
Previous / Next When more than one page of results for the query exists, use these links to navigate among multiple pages of results.
Actions Click to perform actions on a group of items in this section.
Right-click Options
Option Description
Delete Right-click an item in the Transaction Detail section and select to remove the transaction from the list.
Remove Pending Action Right-click an item in the Transaction Detail section and select to stop the pending action on the transaction.
Remove from Quarantine Right-click an item in the Transaction Detail section and select to remove the item from quarantine.
