Enter dates in the Start Date and End Date fields to specify a date range for the activity.

| Group by Appointed Attorney |
Select this check box to group the attorney appointments by the appointed attorney. |
| Primary Sort |
From the drop-down list, select the first sort order in which you want the report output to be displayed. |
| Secondary Sort |
From the drop-down list, select the second sort order in which you want the report output to be displayed. |
| Report Options |
Select the Save as CSV check box to save the report as a comma-separated values (CSV) file.
