The ability to import and export lists of favorites is useful when sharing lists with other users.
To import or export a Favorites list:

Access the Favorites tab on the Left Panel. |

Click Manage. The Manage Favorites page is displayed.

Complete one of the following actions:

| To import an existing list |

From the Actions drop-down list, select Import. The Windows Explorer dialog box is displayed.

Browse and select the previously saved favorites file. |
The imported Favorites list is now viewable on the Favorites tab of the Left Panel.

| To create an export file |
|
a. |
From the Actions drop-down list, select Export.
|
|
b. |
In the File Name field, type the name to use for the favorites file. |
You can now retrieve and view the file that you created.
