Hearings-Based Form Fields
Complete the following fields to select hearings-based forms.

| Field Name | Fields Description |

| Hearings | Click  to select the hearings for which to print the forms.

| Print Preview | Select this option to view the merged document form in Microsoft Word within the Odyssey Assistant shell before printing it. |
| Printer Prompt | Select this option to display the Print dialog box so you can select which printer to which to send the merged document form. |
| Civil Form | Click to select the form that you want to merge for the selected civil cases. This field is disabled if there are no civil case
hearings selected.
After you select a form, click
 to copy the selected form to the following case types.

| Criminal Form | Click to select the form that you want to merge for the selected criminal cases. This field is disabled if there are no criminal
case hearings selected.
After you select a form, click
to copy the selected form to the following case types.

| Family Form | Click to select the form that you want to merge for the selected family cases. This field is disabled if there are no family case
