Hearing Management Report Fields
Complete the following fields to generate the hearing management report.
Hearing Activity Report Fields
Field Name Field Description
Locations Click Image to select the locations that contain the data for the activity.
Report Type Indicate whether you want to run the report for case type, judicial officer, or both.
Date Range Enter dates in the Start Date and End Date fields to specify a date range for the activity.
Case Categories Type the case category codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Case Types Type the case type codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Judicial Officer Types Type the judicial officer type codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.

Hearing Types Type the hearing type codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Sort Order Select how you want the items to be listed on the report. The available options may include case number, calendar, and hearing type.
Report Options The following options are available for this report:
•  Select the Include Rescheduled, Reset, or Canceled Hearings check box to include those hearings in the report.
•  Select the Save as CSV check box to save the report as a CSV file.
