| Locations | Click to select the locations that contain the data for the activity.

| File Type | Select whether to run the report as a new submission or a re-submission.
Selecting New Submission creates data files for cases that have not yet been reported by the SB 176 electronic reporting. Select Resubmission to run the report for the cases selected the last time the report was run.

| Start Date | Enter the date when the report should start.
This field is unavailable if you select Resubmission from the File Type drop-down list.

| End Date | Enter the date when the report should end.
This field is unavailable if you select Resubmission from the File Type drop-down list.

| Acceptance Code | Type the valid acceptance code from the previously submitted report. Without the acceptance code, the SB 176 electronic reporting report cannot be run. |
| Report Options | From the drop-down list, select the suffix code to be applied to the SB 176 electronic reporting filename.
Select State Court Filename Suffix to use the state court suffix code. Select Superior Court Filename Suffix or Combined Filename Suffix to use the county court suffix code.
