Georgia OBTS Management Console Fields

Complete the following fields to filter the results displayed on the OBTS Management Console page.

Field Name	Field Description
File Export Name	Type the file name to which the entity was exported.
Instrument Name	Type the current or exported instrument number from the case cross-reference number.
OTN	Type the current or exported OTN from the charge.
CTN	Type the current or exported CTN from the charge.
Locations	Click to select the locations for the results you want included in the search.
Errors	From the drop-down list, you can choose to further filter your results by the current number of errors. Your options are Include All Entities, Include Only Entities With Errors, or Include Only Entities Without Errors.
Include Unsent Entities	This check box works in conjunction with the Errors field. Select this check box if you want to display only entities that are unsent.
Include Sent Entities	This check box works in conjunction with the Errors field. Select this check box if you want to display only entities that are sent.
Exported Start Date	This field works in conjunction with the Include Sent Entities check box. Enter the date when the exports first take place to include in the results.
Exported End Date	This field works in conjunction with the Include Sent Entities check box. Enter the date when the exports last take place to include in the results.
