General Use Icons
The following icons are displayed throughout the Odyssey system.
General Use Icons
Icon Icon Description
Image Image Use the Tab Left and Tab Right icons to scroll through the various tabs on case and party records.
Image The Tab List icon displays a list of accessible tabs for case and party records. You can also access this list by pressing F12.
Image The Add icon allows you to add information on a topic. For example, when adding parties to a case, click this add icon to add or link the new party.
Image Click the Calendar icon to bring up a monthly calendar in a separate window for you to enter a date.
Image Click the Pencil icon to launch the standard comment editor dialog box for entering, editing, or viewing text.
Image Click the Dialog Box icon to access a separate dialog box where you can search for information, select data relevant to the field, or select codes from a list.
Image The Location icon allows you to select a location in the organizational hierarchy for your system via a tree view.
Image Click the Expand icon to show additional information where available.
Image The Collapse icon hides additional information.
Image The Print icon sends print jobs to the default printer.
Image When working with records, the Information icon indicates there is new/updated audit information available, including the last person who modified the record and when. When displayed with an error message, this icon means the message is only informational.
Image The Key icon indicates you must have an authorization code to proceed with your intended action. Working with user maintenance, this icon indicates that the “Require Password Change at Next Logon” flag is set for the user.
