GA Relief Granted Judgment Component Fields

The GA Relief Granted judgment component allows you to add details related to relief granted in a family case such as punitive damages, court fees, etc. This judgment component is available for civil and family case types.

Field Name	Field Description
Relief Type	Click to select the relief type that has been granted.
Divorce/Annulment/Separation Maintenance	Select this check box if divorce, annulment, or separation maintenance has been ordered.
Child Custody	Select this check box if child custody was granted in this judgment. Select the check box that applies to any additional factors in the child custody judgment granted.
Visitation or Parenting Time	Select this check box if visitation or parenting time was granted. Then, complete the fields related to the parenting time ordered.
Child Support Forms attached	Select this check box if child support forms are attached to the judgment.
Legitimation/Paternity	Select this check box if paternity or legitimation was ordered.
Alimony	Select this check box if alimony was ordered.
Contempt	Select this check box if contempt was found.
Equitable Division	Select this check box if equitable division was ordered.
Protective Order	Select this check box if a protective order was ordered. Then, select the correct protective order type—Person, Property, or Finding of Family Violence.
Adoption	Select this check box if the judgment ordered adoption.
Attorney's Fees	Select this check box if attorney's fees were included in this judgment. Then, indicate the amount of attorney's fees to be paid and to whom the fees should be paid in the corresponding fields.
Other (Specify)	Select this check box for any other items ordered through this judgment not indicated in the above selections. Type the judgment orders in the free-text field.
