Forms and Documents Icons
Icon Description
Image Click the Word icon next to the effective date for the appropriate form to access it in Microsoft Word within the Odyssey Assistant shell.
Image This yellow lock icon is displayed in place if the form is locked (e.g., someone else may have it open). You cannot make changes to the form, but you can still access it as a read-only file.
Image This folder with arrow icon is displayed beside a form to indicate that the form was inherited from a higher location in the organizational structure. Forms with this icon are active.
Image This grey folder icon also indicates that a form was inherited from a higher location, but forms with this icon have been hidden from the location where they were created. Hidden forms can be viewed by selecting the Show Hidden Documents check box.
Image This calendar icon is displayed beside a form if an obsolete date is entered or if an effective date greater than today is entered. Effective and obsolete dates can only be entered at the location where the form was created, so this icon is only displayed beside forms that were created at your location. Pause the mouse pointer on this icon to view the effective or obsolete date.
Image Click the printer icon to print the list of forms as a report.
Image Click this icon to add a document form to the list through the Add Document dialog box.
Image Select this printer and glass icon to print the documents displayed.
