Foreclosure — Property Judgment Component Fields
Judgment information is recorded on a judgment event, and each judgment event can be linked to one or more causes of action.
Foreclosure — Property Judgment Component Fields
| Field Name | Field Description |

| Date of Order | Enter the date whena judge signed the order. If no date is entered, the judgment event date is the default date. |
| Judgment Amount | Type the amount awarded by the judge. |
| Awarded To | Click  to select the party to whom the judgment is awarded.

| Awarded Against | Click to select the party against whom the judgment is awarded.
|
| Comment | Type any comments associated with this judgment. |
Property Sale
| Field Name | Field Description |

| Property Sale | Select the status of the property sale, and then complete the appropriate fields. The fields that are displayed in the Sale section vary based on the selection made in the Property Sale field. When a sale is made on a foreclosure, it is considered an amendment. |
Sale — Cancelled
| Field Name | Field Description |
|---|---|
| Cancel Date | Enter the date when the foreclosure sale was cancelled. |
| Canceled Reason | From the drop-down list, select the reason the property sale was cancelled. |
| Comment | Type any additional comments related to the cancellation of the sale of the property. |
Sale — Sold
| Field Name | Field Description |
|---|---|
| Sale Date | Enter the date when the foreclosure property was sold. |
| Winning Bid | Type the amount of the winning bid. |
| Stamp Fees | Type any stamp fees associated with the property sale |
| First/Middle Name | Type the first and middle names of the winning bidder. |
| Last Name/Business | Type the last name or the name of the business of the winning bidder. |
| Suffix | From the drop-down list, select a suffix. |
| Comment | Type any additional comments related to the winning bidder. |
| Disbursement Date | This field is automatically calculated by adding 10 calendar days to the sale date listed on this component. |
| Printed | When this check box is selected, foreclosure forms are printed through the foreclosure job. |
| Print Forms | Select this option to print the Certificate of Sale, Certificate of Title, or Certificate of Disbursement for the specific foreclosure. |
Sale — Vacated
