Find a Group Fields

The following fields are displayed when searching for a group.

Simple Search – Search by Group Information

Field Name	Field Description
Group ID	Type the group ID for the group you are searching for.
Description	Type the description of the group you are searching for.

Simple Search – Search by Party Information – Person

Field Name	Field Description
Last Name	You are required to enter the party's last name when you select the Person option.
First & Middle	Type the first and middle name of the individual.
Suffix	If necessary, select the appropriate name suffix from the list (e.g., Jr.).
Date of Birth	Enter the date when the party was born.
Death	Enter the date when the party died.

Simple Search – Search by Party Information – Nickname

Field Name	Field Description
Nickname	Type the nickname for the party.
Date of Birth	Enter the date when the party was born.
Death	Enter the date when the party died.
Driver’s License	Type the driver’s license number for the party. Then, from the drop-down list, select the state in which the license was issued.
Person ID	Type the person ID associated with the party related to your search.

Advanced Search – Search by Party Information

Field Name	Field Description
SO#	The SO number is an identification number assigned to an inmate the first time he or she is booked into jail. This number follows the inmate on any subsequent jailings. If the Manual check box is selected, type the Sheriff's Office number assigned to the inmate. If the Manual check box is not selected, the number is assigned by the system.
Person ID	Type the person ID associated with the party related to your search.
FBI Number	Enter the FBI number assigned to the selected party.
SSN	Type the party’s Social Security Number.
State ID	If a number is assigned to the party by the state, you can enter that number to locate the party.
Other Agency #	Enter the number assigned to the party by the agency.
Legacy ID	Type the party’s legacy ID.
Booking Number	Type the party’s booking number.
Group Type	From the drop-down list, select the group type of the group you are searching for.
Relationship	Select a relationship from the drop-down list which describes the contact's relationship to the party.

Advanced Search – Search by Nickname

Field Name	Field Description
