Find a Citation Fields
Complete the following fields to search for an existing citation.

| Use Simple Search | Select this option to return to a simple search for the search. |
| Use Advanced Search (ALT+U) | Click this option to use additional search criteria for the search. |
Search Options

| Include Disposed Cases | Select this check box to include disposed cases in the search. |
| Show Matches per Page | From the drop-down list, select the number of matches to show on each search results page. |
Agencies
Click 
to select the agencies to be included in the citation search.
Search by Identifier Information
| Field Name | Field Description |
|---|---|
| Citation Number (ALT+I) | Type the citation number associated with the case. |
| Case Number | Type the number assigned to a case. |
| Vehicle License (ALT+V) | This field is available with advanced search options. Type the vehicle license number associated with the case and select the state where the license was issued from the drop-down list. |
| VIN # | Type the vehicle identification number. |
| Offense Date | Click  to enter the offense date for the citation related to your search.

| Entered Date | Click to enter the date that the citation was entered..

Search by Party Information — Person Fields
| Field Name | Field Description |
|---|---|
| Last Name (ALT+N) | Type the last name of the party related to your search. |
| First & Middle | Type the first and middle name of the party related to your search. |
| Suffix | From the drop-down list, select the suffix of the party related to your search. |
| Date of Birth | Enter the date when the party related to the search was born. |
| Driver’s License | Select the state or country that issued the driver’s license, and then type the license number associated with the party related to your search. |
| SO # (ALT+O) | Type the sheriff’s office number associated with the party related to your search. |
| Person ID (ALT+P) | Type the person ID associated with the party related to your search. |
| FBI Number | This field is available with advanced search options. Type the FBI number associated with the party related to your search. |
| Social Security | This field is available with advanced search options. Type the Social Security Number associated with the party related to your search. |
| State ID | This field is available with advanced search options. Type the state identification number associated with the party related to your search. |
| Other Agency | This field is available with advanced search options. Type the other agency number associated with the party related to your search. |
| Legacy ID | This field is available with advanced search options. Type the legacy identification number associated with the record related to your search. |
| Booking Number (ALT+B) | This field is available with advanced search options. Type the booking number associated with the party related to your search. |
Search by Party Information — Nickname Fields

| Nickname (ALT+N) | Type the nickname associated with the party related to your search. |
| Date of Birth | Enter the date when the party related to the search was born. |
