Export Check History

The Export Check History page lists exports that were sent from the check printing queue. Each row in the export table displays information about a single export. Multiple checks may be included in a single export.

The following information is displayed for each check in the table.

Column	Description
Date/Time	This column lists the date and time when a group of checks was initially exported from the check queue. An export can be re-exported. Pause the mouse pointer over the date and time to see when the information was last exported.
Exported by	This column lists the name of the user who exported the group of checks. A different user may re-export the information. Pause the mouse pointer on the name to see which user last exported the information.
Total Exported	A single export may include multiple checks. The amount listed in this column is the combined amount of all the checks that were exported at the indicated time. Click the amount link in this column to view export detail.

Export Check History Options

Option	Description
Current Location	Click to select a different location.
Sort	Sort the checks by ascending or descending date order.
Previous 10 Days	Click to display the checks exported during the 10 days prior to the currently displayed date range.
Next 10 Days	Click to display the checks exported during the 10 days following the currently displayed date range.
Go to Date	Click to access the Go to Date dialog box where you can enter the date when a specific check was exported. This option provides a view of 10 days of checks exported, ending with the date you entered.

Right-click Options

Re-export	Right-click the row that contains the appropriate export and select Re-export. When prompted, save the export to the correct location. A message is displayed when the export is completed successfully. Re-exporting does not create a new entry in the export history table. However, you can pause the mouse pointer on the original export date and time to see when it was last exported. Pause over the Exported by party to see which user last submitted the export.
