Employment Information Fields
Complete the following fields to enter employment information for a party.
Employment Information Fields
Field Name Field Description
Occupation Type the party’s job title, if known.
Employment Status Select the party’s employment status from the drop-down list. The Employment Status drop-down list is populated by the user-defined employment status codes.
If you select an employment status code configured to indicate unemployment from the Employment Status drop-down list, all fields are disabled except the Primary Known Employment and Current Known Employment check boxes as well as the Occupation, Start, and End fields in the Employer section.
Primary Known Employment Select this check box if the employment is the party’s primary employment. This option is selected by default but can be cleared if desired. Only one employment record can be designated as the “primary known employment” at a time.
Employer
Field Name Field Description
Employer Click Image to search for the party’s employer, or to add employer information, if the employer is not in the system.
Start Enter the date when the person began employment.
End Enter the date when the person terminated their employment with this employer.
Supervisor
Field Name Field Description
Name Enter the name of the party’s supervisor at the place of employment selected in the Employer field.
E-Mail Enter the supervisor’s e-mail.
Phone Type the phone number for the party’s work supervisor.
Ext Enter the supervisor’s phone extension.
Employee Salary
Field Name Field Description
Primary Salary Enter the amount of the party’s primary salary at the place of employment selected in the Employer field, and select a user-defined salary type code from the drop-down list located on the right of the Primary Salary field.
Secondary Salary Enter the amount of the party’s secondary salary at the place of employment selected in the Employer field, and select a user-defined salary type code from the drop-down list located on the right of the Secondary Salary field.
Annual Income Enter the party’s annual income earned at the place of employment selected in the Employer field.
Employee Work Schedule
Field Name Field Description
Sunday, Monday... Enter the start and end times of the employee’s schedule for each day of the week.
