| Report Options | Use this field if you want the report to contain only a summary, only detail, or both. |
| Overdue Messages Only | Select this check box to only include messages that are overdue in the report. |
| Include Audit Path per Message | Select this check box to include the history of the message from the time it was received until the present in the report. |
| Group by Batch ID | Select this check box to group messages in the report by batch ID. |
| Display Additional Data | Select this check box to include an Additional Data column in the report to display incoming citation number and defendant name. |
| Message Sort Order | Select how you want the items to be listed on the report. Choose to sort by reference ID, date/time received, source, e-filing type, status, overdue, citation number, or defendant name. |
