E-filing Status Report Fields
Complete the following fields to generate the e-filing status report.
E-filing Status Report Fields
Field Name Field Description
Batch ID Type the batch ID for the group of e-filings that you want to include in this report.
Locations Click Image to select the locations that contain the data for the activity.
Received Date Range
Enter dates in the Start Date and End Date fields to specify a date range for the activity.
Note: Due to the large volume of data returned in this report, this report should not be run for more than seven days at a time.
Transaction Types Type the e-file transaction type codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Source Type the e-file source codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Status Type the e-file status codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Report Options Use this field if you want the report to contain only a summary, only detail, or both.
Overdue Messages Only Select this check box to only include messages that are overdue in the report.
Include Audit Path per Message Select this check box to include the history of the message from the time it was received until the present in the report.
Group by Batch ID Select this check box to group messages in the report by batch ID.
Display Additional Data Select this check box to include an Additional Data column in the report to display incoming citation number and defendant name.
Message Sort Order Select how you want the items to be listed on the report. Choose to sort by reference ID, date/time received, source, e-filing type, status, overdue, citation number, or defendant name.
