Draw-down Account Member Fields
Complete the following fields to maintain parties associated with a draw-down account.

| Field Name | Field Description |

| Attorney/Party | Indicate whether you are adding an attorney or party as a member on the draw-down account. Click  to search for the attorney or party. When you have located the party, complete the remaining fields.

| Added | Enter the date when the party was added as a member. |
| Removed | Enter the date when the party was removed as a member. |
| Reason | Select the reason for adding the party as an account member. |
| Comment | Type notes or comments related to the record. Click  for additional space. Click  to check the spelling of the text entered.
