The total amount currently in the draw-down account is displayed in the upper-right corner of the Financial tab.

Print Ledger |
Click to print a list of all the transactions. When you click this link, enter the date range for which to print.

Sort |
Select one of the following options to sort the transactions:

Select Date Descending to sort the transactions with the oldest transaction date first. |

Select Date Ascending to sort the transactions with the most recent transaction date first. |

Transaction Table
A total is displayed at the bottom of each the columns in the transaction table. Click a specific transaction to view more
detailed information.

Previous (ALT+P) / Next (ALT+N) |
If there are multiple pages of records, click Next to go to the next page and Previous to go back to the previous page.

Go to Date |
Click to access the Go to Date dialog box where you can enter the date of a specific deposit. This option provides a view of 10 days of deposits, ending with the date you entered.

Click to create a single disbursement check. This option cannot be selected if there is no money in escrow to be disbursed. |

Click to post adjustments to the registry account. If there are no charges for the selected party, this icon is disabled. |

Click to post a registry account deposit for the selected party. If there are no accounts on the case, this icon is disabled. |

Description |
Void Transaction |
Right-click a transaction and select this option to void the transaction. Transactions may be voided as long as the till they
are originally included in remains open and in use. After a till is closed and it is included in a deposit, voids may not
be posted. Voided transactions are listed in red parenthesis within their respective columns.
This option is displayed depending on user rights and the type of transaction.

Reverse Transaction |
Right-click a transaction and select this option to reverse the effects of the original transaction.
