Document Location Configuration Fields
Complete the following fields to configure document locations.

Field Name Field Description
Description Type a description for the document location.
Upload Base URI Type the server to use when adding or updating documents.
Base URI Type the server to use if metadata operations occur on a different server than that which the storage operations occur.
Update URI Type the server to use if metadata operations occur on a different server than that which the storage operations occur.
Mirror Server Type the path of the mirror server URI configured for the site.
Shared Temp Path Type the path to a shared location that can be used for temporary storage.
Secured Data Select this check box to use SSL for transport of data.
Default Location Select this check box to use the default location.
Enable Remote Document Storage Service Select this check box to enable remote document storage. A license key is also needed for this service.
Backup to Default Location Select this check box to back up data to the default location, which stores the data locally then pushes it to the central location.
Failover to Default Location on Upload Select this check box to send failover data to the default location upon upload.
Transfer Queue Configuration This option is only available when the Enable Remote Document Storage Service check box is selected. Click this link to maintain transfer queue configurations.
Fetch
The Fetch section allows you to add and reorder the locations from which document data is retrieved.
Click Image or an existing entry to select one or more fetch storage locations.
After fetch storage locations have been added, click Re-order to modify the priority of each fetch location added.
Store
The Store section allows you to add and reorder the locations where document data is stored.
Click Image or an existing entry to maintain store storage.
After store storage locations have been added, click Re-order to modify the priority of each store location added.
Download Location Priority
The Download Location Priority section allows you to add and reorder the locations where document data is downloaded.
Click Image or an existing entry to maintain document download locations.
After store storage locations have been added, click Re-order to modify the priority of each download location added.
