The appearance of the Court Session page depends on the session setup. The different times option is used for sessions that contain a variety of hearing types.
When hearings start at different times and no hearings have been scheduled for that session, a blank line is displayed in
the hearing detail. If hearings have been scheduled, those hearings and the time at which they start are displayed.
