Convert Registry Account Fields
Complete the following fields to convert registry accounts.
Apply to Fine
| Field Name | Field Description |
|---|---|
| Use Payment Plan Distribution | Select this check box to manually distribute credits to payment plans. |
| Collapse / Expand All | Select this option to either view or hide the payment plans details. |
| Case/Pmt Plan | This column in the table displays the case number, fees, and payment plan, if any exist, on the registry account. |
| Balance | This column in the table displays the balance on the case or payment plan. |
| Apply | This column in the table displays the balance, if the fee schedule or payment plan's check box is selected in the Case/Pmt Plan column. |
| Totals | This field initially shows the amount in the Apply column. When you tab out of the field, the prorated amount for all selected fee schedules and/or payment plans is displayed.
This field is unavailable if the cash bond has already been saved.

| Comment for Case Fees Adjustment | Type any comments related to the case fees adjustment in this field. The comment is applied to each payment. |
Disburse to Party

| Amount | Type the amount to be disbursed to the party. |
Transaction Detail

| Till | If you are currently logged on to a till, that till is displayed here. If not logged on to a till, this field is blank. Click
 to sign on to a till.
Pause the mouse pointer on the till information to display a tooltip showing the cashier ID, if one exists, and a description
of the collection station.

| Bond Status | Use the drop-down list to select the bond status. |
| Location | Use the drop-down list to select the most recent location on the bond. |
| Registry Acct Total | This field displays the total amount of uninvested money on the bond that is being converted. |
| Applied / Disbursed | This field displays the total amount of money in the Apply column in the Apply to Fine section plus the amount of money in the Amount field in the Disburse to Party section. |
| Balance | This field displays the sum of the total cash bond minus any applied or disbursed amounts. |
| Comment for Bond Adjustment | Type any comments related to the bond adjustment in this field. |
