Configuring Case Summary Options to Display Event Timestamp
Case summary options must be configured to display the event timestamp on the ROA or in Public Access.
To configure the event timestamp to display:
1. Click Administration. Click Case Summary Options under the Case Summary Setup section, and then select a case summary type.
2. Select the Show Timestamp Create check box in the Events & Orders of the Court section of the Case Summary Options page.
3. Click Save.
