Conditions Report Fields
Complete the following fields to generate the conditions report.

Field Name Field Description
Locations Click Image to select the locations that contain the data for the activity.
Date Range Enter dates in the Start Date and End Date fields to specify a date range for the activity.
Date Range Type From the drop-down list, select the type of date range to include in the report. The following options are available:
•  Select Condition Entry Date to include conditions that were entered during the date range selected.
•  Select Condition Active Date to include conditions that became active during the date range selected.
Condition Entry Date is selected by default.
Case Categories Type the case category codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Case Types Type the case type codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Case Subtypes Type the case subtype codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Include Cases Without a Subtype Select this check box to include cases that do not contain a subtype in the activity.
Codes Type the condition codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Entity Types Type the condition code entity types to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Sort Level #1 From the drop-down list, select the initial sorting method for the report.
Sort Level #2 From the drop-down list, select a secondary sorting method for the report. The options available depend on the Sort Level #1 selected.
Security Groups Type the security group codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Group By From the drop-down list, select how to group the data on the report.
Save as CSV Select this check box to save the output as a comma-separated values (CSV) file.
List Name Type a name in this field if you want to save the data in the report as a list in List Manager. After you generate the report, you can then access List Manager to view the list.
If the list name you entered already exists for your used ID, the report output will overwrite the existing list.
Append Job ID Number to List Name When this check box is selected, the job ID number is added to the list name entered in the List Name field. If the List Name field is left blank, the Append Job ID Number to List Name check box is unavailable.
