| Previous (ALT+P) / Next (ALT+N) | When there are more codes than what can be displayed on one page, use these links to navigate among the pages. |
| Refresh (ALT+F) | Click refresh to refresh the list of codes. |
| Modify Selected (ALT+M) | Click this link to select the mapping to apply to all selected codes.
To select codes from the table, select the check box beside one or more codes to update the mappings.

| Show Hidden Codes | Select this check box to show codes that have been made hidden in the table. |
| Show Obsolete Codes | Select this check box to select codes that have been made obsolete in the table. |
| Sort | From the drop-down list, select the order in which you want the codes to be displayed in the table. |
| View | From the drop-down list, select the characteristics of the codes you want displayed in the table. Your options include All, Only Changed, Only Mapped, Only Non-mapped, Only Selected, and Only with mapping of... If Only with mapping of... is selected, in the free-text field that is displayed, type the mapping of the codes you want to be displayed.
