Citation Configuration Fields
Complete the following fields to add or modify a citation template.
Citation Configuration Fields
| Field Name | Field Description |

| Citation Template | Type a name for a new citation template. If you are modifying an existing template, this field is read-only. |
| Description | Type a description for the citation template. |
| Max # of Charges | Type the maximum number of charges that can be added to this citation template. |
| Document Type | Click  to select the document types to be associated with the citation template.

| Case Filed Dialog | From the drop-down list, select the case filed dialog box format to use once a case has been filed with the citation. |
| Juvenile Form | Click to select the form that should be printed when the party on a saved citation is a juvenile.
