Charge Detail Additional Tab
The Additional tab contains any additional charge fields that have been set up by your product administrator.
1. Enter the requested information in the fields displayed.
2. Click Continue to return to the Charges tab on the case
The fields displayed on this tab are unique to your site and determined during your system set up. If site-specific Help is created for your site, press ALT+F1 to view the help topic.
