Locations Click Image to select the locations that contain the data for the activity.
Case Categories Type the case category codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Case Types Type the case type codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Case Subtypes Type the case subtype codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Include Cases Without a Subtype Select this check box to include cases that do not contain a subtype in the activity.
Case Statuses Type the case status codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
No Activity Date Range Enter dates in the Start Date and End Date fields to specify a date range for the activity. The dates entered in these fields are the dates when no activity has occurred on cases.
Exclude Event Types Type the event type codes to exclude from the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Exclude Service Types Type the service type codes to exclude from the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Exclude Hearing Types Type the hearing type codes to exclude from the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Exclude Condition Types Type the condition type codes to exclude from the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Exclude Plea Types Type the plea type codes to exclude from the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Exclude Disposition Types Type the disposition type codes to exclude from the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Exclude Sentence Types Type the sentence type codes to exclude from the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Exclude Judgment Types Type the judgment type codes to exclude from the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Judicial Officers Type the judicial officer codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Include Unassigned Cases Select this check box to include cases that are not assigned to judicial officers.
Sort Level #1 From the drop-down list, select the initial sorting method for the report.
Sort Level #2 From the drop-down list, select a secondary sorting method for the report. The options available depend on the Sort Level #1 selected.
Security Groups Type the security group codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
List Name Type a name in this field if you want to save the data in the report as a list in List Manager. After you generate the report, you can then access List Manager to view the list.
If the list name you entered already exists for your used ID, the report output will overwrite the existing list.
