Case Statistics Tab
The Statistics tab allows you to configure the data elements that need to be captured for statistical reporting.

| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Sort | Select the order in which you want the data to be displayed. |
| Show | Click  to filter the statistical records by administrator defined in the statistic type.

| Show Deleted Items | This check box is available when statistical records have been deleted. Select this check box to display deleted record. |
Statistical Information
This section displays statistical record information. From the table, you can maintain statistical records.
Right-click Options
| Right-click Options | Description |
|---|---|
| Delete | Select this right-click option to delete a statistical record. |
| Undelete | Select this option to restore a deleted statistical record. |
