Case State Report Tab
The State Report tab shows all mapped entities on a given case in the order they were entered. The tab also displays errors that have resulted from CBR validation, making it easier to find and correct problems both before (for entities other than mapped case events) and after saving a case.
State Report Table
The State Report Table displays all entities that affect the status of the case for state reporting purposes. Mapped entities that have been entered on the case are displayed in this section, even if the case has not been saved with the mapped entities.
The table displays the entity type, code word, and description for the entity changed, the new value for the entity, the date entered on the entity, and the database timestamp indicating when the entity was changed. The entities are sorted by date entered then by the timestamp entry.
The following entity types are included in the journal:
•  Case Status (CS) is mapped for state reporting.
•  Statistical Closure (SC) is mapped for state reporting.
•  Case Type Creation (CTC) is a case type change that cause the case to be in an open state.
•  Case Type Disposed (CTD) is a case type change that caused the case to be in a disposed state.
•  Case Event (CE) is mapped for state reporting.
•  Cause of Action (COA)
•  Judgement Event (JE) is mapped for state reporting.
•  Node Change Creation (NCC) is a node change that caused the case to be in an open state.
•  Node Change Disposed (NCD) is a node change that caused the case to be in a disposed state.
If an entity is included in the journal, Image is displayed beside the entity. If the entity has been finalized, Image is also displayed and links to the finalized history of the state reporting entity..

Bypass State Reporting CBR on Next Case Save
Select this check box to bypass the state reporting CBR for the next save.
The state reporting CBR regulate the way state reporting entities are added to cases. When saving a case, an error displays if the change breaks a state reporting rule. These CBRs also add any historical information needed to the journal.
Note: If you bypass the state reporting CBR, you must make the appropriate changes, so the case does not violate state reporting validation rules. To include a modified case in the journal, schedule a rejournaling job.
State Report Type Select the state report type from the drop-down list. The State Report Table displays all entities of the selected report type.
