Case Notes Tab
The Notes tab of a case record allows you to add, review, delete, and modify notes related to the case or party in one centralized location.
Notes Table
The Notes Table displays the date the note was added, the note, and the user who added it.
Sort the note order by date or reverse date.
Viewing Deleted Notes
When notes are deleted, the Show Deleted Items check box is displayed on the page. Select this check box to display deleted notes. Deleted notes are indicated by light grey text and a strikethrough.
Printing Notes
To print all notes, click Image or right-click a note and select Print All Notes. To print an individual note, right-click the note, and select Print Individual Note.
