Case File History
You can track the physical location of case files. As the location is updated, a case file history is created, which lists
when the case file was moved and any comments entered at the time. The case file history is accesses from the Case Summary tab, the Case Detail tab, and the Move Case File dialog box.

Sort |
Select the order in which you want the data to be displayed. |
Volume |
Click to select from a list of available volumes, or click View History to select from a list of recently accessed volumes.

Print |
Print a copy of the case file history. |
Exit |
Close the case file history. |
Move FIle |
Move the case file to a new location. On the Move Case File dialog box, enter a new location, and click Continue (ALT+C). The View Case File History dialog box is updated to reflect the change. When accessed from the case Detail tab, the Move File option is not available.
