Specific conditions are imposed on individuals by court order within a case. These conditions can be for multiple case types
for the civil, criminal, family, and probate/mental health case categories. Conditions can be imposed at different times throughout
the case lifecycle. Interim conditions are imposed on a case party prior to a final disposition.
General Use
A condition of release, pre-trial condition, or interim condition are conditions that a party must follow either by performing
a task or refraining from doing a specified action until a final disposition is made. For example, a party may be prohibited
from contacting members of a family or getting driver’s license violations. One or two parties on the case may be selected
for interim conditions.
